A White House official says the Virginia couple who attended a state dinner without an invitation met President Barack Obama in the receiving line. The Secret Service may begin a criminal investigation against Michaele and Tareq Salahi, an agency spokesman says. It's not yet clear which laws the couple may have broken by crashing the party.

25 Reported Dead in Russian Train Wreck

A train wreck in Russia reportedly kills 25 people and injures at least 87 more. Up to four cars derailed as the train entered an area between Novgorod and Tver provinces, officials say. The cause of the crash is still unknown, but officials found a small crater at the site, leading to speculation that a bomb might be involved.

Man's Body Will Be Sealed in Utah Cave

Officials say the popular Utah cave where a young medical student died earlier this week will be sealed -- and that John Jones' body will be left inside. "If we put other people in that same location, they could get stuck or get hurt," says one search and rescue expert. A uniformed deputy will guard the entrance to Nutty Putty until the cave can be properly sealed.
