This is the kind of thing that is odd, should not happen, but can and does. Does it mandate that a woman like this spend 15-20 years in prison? NO! This 14 year old was in the eyes of most 14-17 YEAR OLD AND ADULT men, lucky as Hell!

Let's see. This woman commits a crime to an underaged child (even if he consented). Any bets that this woman will get off (no pun intended) with probation? If a man who was suppossed to be "babysitting" a 14 year old girl did this, he would get 15-20 years in jail and be labeled a "sex offender". I say if she is found quilty, put her away for 15-20 years and let her lay with the ladies for a while.

Had an attractive woman like that made sexual advances towards me when I was 14, I sure as hell would not have considered it to be a crime.

There are some 14 year old girls that look 18.....and we all have seen them ! Miley Cyrus was hooked up with a "man" and it was permitted......Men say all the time that they thought that "she was 18", well, it's the same with SOME boys at 14. Some are 6 feet tall and shave! I'm not condoning any of it, but I'm just saying that looks can be decieving. In her case she DID know his age and should have waited 4 years and then she could have been his 'cougar'.

Ok - so she took advantage of a child, right? he was 14. now read this: http://news.aol.com/article/4-boys-in-ariz-accused-of-raping-8-year/5861 66?icid=sphere_newsaol_inpageSo, is a 14 year old an Adult, or a child? In the case I've linked, the 14 year old is being charged as the Adult. Let's pick an age, and lets stick to it!
