Jury recommends life sentence in 'Alpha Dog' case

What is funny is that the government admits that the Taliban sends heroin to this country to fuel their war with the US, but we claim to be able to stop possible terrorist acts that "most people do not know about". If we can stop a terror plot, why cant we stop drug smuggling? Think about it.

In order for the drug traffic to flourish, the authorities must be complicit in it. I am a retired educator and there was a drug house in front of our school. We had two active police officers in our building every day, who saw the active drug dealing every day. Calls were made repeatedly to the police and yet the house remained active. You go figue. Why are not the planes, boats and big suppliers never caught. The focus is on the small time dealers, who make pennies. Remember when DeLoren used drugs to finance his car venture? What happened to him? Nothing. The war on drugs is a joke. Drugs fuel this economy.

We need to start turning these drug scum lords in instead of turning the other way.They reel young kids in and get them hooked, then they have them out on the street dealing for them. It,s all around us and nobody does anything to try and stop it. I live in a small town in p.a. and i told a sherriff that came into my restraunt who the man was who was dealing in all the areas around us and in our town.I told him where he lived at and what my child told me what he was dealing. They did nothing about it.One year later the man and his 15 year old son and his son friend was convicted of a girl dieing in his residence and then they moved her body over to ohio to bury it.If only someone had listened that poor girl would,nt be dead today. So wake up people it,s up to make the difference.

I'm glad that the "Alpha Dog" will now serve his time for the killing of that 15 year old boy. I'm sure A.D. will make a nice looking partner for one of his fellow inmates.
