Dude not surprising it been like that in Philly burbs those whites that didn't have the means to get to the burbs simply assimilated to urban culture. Wait wasn't there a true story movie made about this, about suburb High Schools swim teams not wanting Philly schools in their pools thus not participating in swim meets. What about that Steak place that sells "speak English" shirts and the 2 white kids that recently got away with a racially motivated murder, dude its 1958 in Pennsylvania, but I thought we all knew that?
