(March 6) - Authorities in Florida have released more than 1,000 pages of documents and photos in the Caylee Anthony case -- including disturbing images of skulls and skeletons found on her mother’s computer.
Casey Anthony, 22, of Orlando, is charged with murder in the death of her daughter. Caylee was 2 when she vanished in June. Six months later, her remains were found in a wooded area not far from the home where the toddler lived with her single mom and grandparents.

Little Girl Lost
An autopsy report released Friday on slain toddler Caylee Anthony found no visible signs of trauma on her skeletonized remains but notes that duct tape was placed on the girl's face before her body began to decompose. Caylee's remains were found less than a mile from her Orlando, Fla., home in December, six months after she disappeared. She was 2 when she vanished.

Among the documents released Thursday by prosecutors was a photo of Caylee with a heart-shaped sticker similar to the one later found on the tot's body, People magazine reported Friday on its Web site.
The documents also included pictures of skulls and a drawing of two skeletons embracing -- images found Anthony's computer.
The papers also included a transcript of a conversation Anthony had with police after she was indicted last October. Anthony was charged with her daughter’s murder before the child's body was discovered.
Anthony was arrested Oct. 14 on a Florida highway after she switched vehicles several times. According to the transcript, which was quoted by the Orlando Sentinel, Anthony told police she was not trying to flee authorities but merely trying to avoid the media.

"That was us trying to counteract the media from following us down to jail because our only intention was to take me down to the jail to surrender me before this happened. That was the only thing we were trying to accomplish," Anthony said.
The documents also reveal that Anthony's ex-boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, went undercover for investigators when he met with Anthony's brother, Lee, on July 29. Little was revealed, but Lee Anthony did say that Caylee had been missing for 31 days before it was reported to police.
Lazzaro also told authorities that he had seen Casey Anthony crying as she watched a video of her daughter on her laptop.
Anthony's defense attorney, Jose Baez, suggested the documents were not of much value.
"We are going to reserve comment on discovery releases until those times when the discovery is of some importance to the real evidence in this case," he said in a statement e-mailed to the Orlando Sentinel.
