I just don't quite get the fascination the American public has with these families and multiple births. Obviously, these cable stations must be spending big money to come into these families homes and film them on a daily basis. I thought it was interesting to watch these shows but now they seem to be a dime a dozen; a new one coming out more and more. I saw an advertisement on the WE channel over the weekend about another show about sextuplets that will be aired this month, I believe. Give me a break, multiple births seem to be the norm rather than exception these days with IVF.

The Duggars should have stopped having babies on the second one. And no normal woman is pregnant 9 mos. out of the year for 18 consecutive years. There are some serious mental problems with her. And to the godbots who have hissy fits because someone doesn't capitalize their imaginary sky fairy's name, get over it. Not everyone chooses to believe in your god or your lord, we choose reality. Notice I didn't capitalize reality.

The time you use being judgemental would be better spent learning to spell.

I can't say that I would have 18 kids, but I've watchd their show, and those kids, are possibly the most well mannered and well taken care of children I have ever seen. Unlike our youth today, the Duggar clan isn't worried about brand name clothes or cell phones or iPods or internet. We need more kids like this in the world.

there should be a limit of the amount of kids people can have based on certain things... they obviously have money to spend on 18 kids and seem to be doing a good job but looking at jon and kate and their kids makes me sad
