Not to much different from Chicago politics where tombstones can vote. Do they now get two votes out of the same grave? No wonder Osama won.

They should be put in prison for life. I do have to ask,did they ever visit? Even if it was a month later,I could tell if my relatives grave was disturbed.

This is a terrible turn of events... I think these "people' should be punnished to life in prison. Now onto my next point.. where is the outrage from al "notso"sharpton.. why is he not all dressed up in his velour running suits and calling this a HATE CRIME.. Oh yeah.. because Black folks did this disgusting crime.. and to him that's OK! But you know if whitey was in ANY way involved.. he would be out there quicker than he was for michael jackson... which in its self was halarious.. now he cared about MJ, but before, he could not put enough distance betweeen him and MJ. Nice double standard!

This is a sad and very serious situation. And not uncommonly done by any group of folks, white or black. Does not matter whether it is a cremation, headstone, or interment; all states laws proscribe remedies if one desecrates any portion of a grave, headstone, cemetery, or memoria. One could face a misdemeanor or felony charge, depending on the state. The charge can also apply to knowingly disturb any crypt or place where human remains are stored or kept, whether corpses or ashes. Both black and whites in the USA have found this out and are serving time in the pen today. This is about money, greed and horrifying disrepect towards our dead by some living. Please remember that it is not racial.
