Repressed memories .......bullsh*t. Professionals can drag misleading evidence out of anyone. THe court system stinks - supressing evidence? That is really unfair!

Something is wrong. The man was a cop. He pled no contest. There were three kids not 2. And he was put in prison by the testimoney of another cop. And the sentence was very long for a convicted child molestser. Usually they are out in 3-4. None of this story makes any sense. And, people do suppressbad memories from childhood. Everyone is ready to bite the mother? Even knowing that cops have the highest incidence of domestic abuse thanany other profession, use tasers, are frequently filmed beating on sus-pects, and always surround themselves with the 'blue wall'

the mother should serve the same amount of time and see if her story changes. i hope her children never speak to her again. the police woman should also serve time in general population and see if she does better and this dad.

What a heart wrenching story, This Policewomen and the childrens mother have a lot to answer for. I am all for the conviction of Child molesters and commend the Prosecuters when they do there job right, but I get angry when I see them go into CYA mode when they drop the ball. These two children are now adults and they have nothing to lose by telling the truth as they did. The whole theory of blocking out abuse has been riddeled with holes. In the majority of cases children do remember if they have been molested. This man lost everything because of a zealous policewomen and because of a vindictive evil hearted mother.

JoeOmar wrote, "When it comes to America's favorite crime (child abuse), justice is thrown out the window. You are guilty until proven innocent, and after you're proven innocent you're STILL guilty - your life will be ruined, you'll lose your job, your friends, family members will stop talking to you, and you'll probably be forced to move. WE ARE ALL UNDER A SUSPENDED SENTENCE OF CHILD ABUSE. All it takes is one kid (maybe the neighbor's kid who's mad because you told him to quit digging in your flowers) to tell someone you "touched" him and YOUR LIFE IS OVER. This country has gone insane." ___________ EXACTLY. Right now this only affects about 1% of Americans, so the other 99% remain blissfully ignorant of how their entire life hangs by a thread. All it takes is the slightest bump in the road and that's IT - end of everything they thought they knew about America.
