Isn't it ironic that after China made it snow in their country, we have had some severe storms since that time? Why isn't anyone researching this?

ParkLf4 09:06 AMMar 10 2009 If God is as merciful as Christians believe why does he allow there even to be a 'Tornado Alley' ? ___________________________ You should be more specific. Not all Christians follow the pagan practice of personification of diety. Some are actually reasonable enough to believe that God is not this big ole dude in the sky working mumbo jumbo to cater to the most conceited creature in the universe.

SDMARTINTC06:14 AMMar 10 2009Sounds like the Vermont atheists are on this board. A news report in the past week states that Vermont has the highest proportion of nonbelievers in the nation. Too bad Vermont doesn't get tornadoes ----------What a charming and Christian sentiment! Seems like conservative Christians fall asleep when the pastor reads the stuff about loving your enemies and forgiving them.

Thought this article was about midwest tornados. Yep it is just checked. Having lived there myself for 15 years and got through some bad tornado years. I can say I'm just thankful that the Weather Service have advanced warnings now.

What ever happened to Senator Burris from Illinois? Has anyone seen him at the tornado sites? This man has dropped off the radar screen.

Katrina's recovery was Bush's fault not the actual storm but failing to get help in place and coordinate a plan of action to rebuild New Orleans. So, Yes you can blame Katrina's aftermath of Bush kust like the economy. Of C-SPan's list of 65 presidential scholars and academics Bush rated dead ladt of all presidents on the economy. That means that no president in history has been as bad as Bush on the American economy in over 200 years. That is an empiracal fact not BS.

Re: FRANKIESHEBA...God allows bad things to happen to good people to bring them to their knees, to make them remember to love thy neighbor as they love us and not blame others for their mistakes, and not blame Bush for all the stupid things done in the good old USA. Yes I am a christian and a republican, and I am a mother, daughter, grandmother, aunt, and sister, and friend to all whom love me and I love them, and no I do not have aids, do you????Response...How dare you ask someone who has a different opinion than yours to question them if they have "Aids." Even as this serious deadly disease is a number one health problem among our senior citizens, too. Shame on you.
