I saw that freak in court in San Jose. Even in a wheelchair, he was still scary. I have long thought he was probably the one who got the other girls in the same area around the same time. Michaela Garecht, Hayward; Ilene Misheloff, Dublin; and Amanda "Nikki" Campbell. Very similar. Maybe someday we will know.

@ newswat: It's not gangsta rap's fault. Plenty of people younger than him like G- rap but aren't batshit to kill a child."NOW they actually EMBRACE ignorance, materialism, infidelity, sex, drugs & violence as thier "CULTURE". And how dare anyone attack thier "culture"!?!? God forbid! You'd be called a racist!"While black people sing about this kind of thing, it's actually white youth that embrace it as reality. Black people live or usually live hard lives, and WE know that what's being sung is just fantasy. White children and affluent blacks who don't understand poverty to take it seriously. We are only 15% or less of the population. If this was "our" problem why'd the NATION make gangsta rap popular? We don't embrace ignorance, we have a very rich culture. But like any group of people that are poor higher learning is out of reach since books and materials are outdated because all the wealthier white families keep getting scared of chocolate invasions, leaving people to resort...

Keep in mind that the vast majority of law enforcement officers in this country entered their chosen careers with either a military background or a two year degree from some county "junior college" in criminal justice. By enlarge we are not talking about the cream of the crop here.

The murder rate is so out of hand here because we have allowed morality to deteriorate in the name of Freedom. For example,in rap music(I shudder to call it music) murder, rape and drugs are celebrated, and this has been accepted by the public in general. A lowlife life style has become a part of the rap world and most of the so-called artists(another shudder) are criminals, some hard core at that. And this has been accepted.Although Michael Jackson was acquitted of child molestation charges a few years back, most of us know that he paid off a family and a boy 23.5 million back in the mid 90s (to supposedly protect his privacy)because they were accusing him of child molestation. This is enough proof for me or anyone with a brain to see that MJ was in fear for his life. And why would a man who had to pay out that amount of money sit in a taped interview 6 years later and talk about "sharing his bed with children" if he didnt seriously have some major mental issues? Point being this, now th...
