The DPKR has, for years, received food, fuel and other assistance from the WFP. It appears the biggest problem is the graft in North Korea - the major portion of the items never reach the general population. The top 3 contributors are the USA, South Korea & Russia. Perhaps it is time to 'just say No' to their blackmail tactics. (If, by some chance, North Korea decides to nuke South Korea, they'd best check out the prevailing winds before doing so and track the pattern of where the fallout will go.)
