Well,...I just wrote a death wish for pedifiles, so now I have to say anyone who hurts a young child or encourages a child to do something bad is a horrible influence and I want to know where the rest of the neighbors and relatives were in this case. It takes a village...right?. Mother's are the role models for their young. We are surely loosing something in our society when pedifiles abuse and kill young innocent children and some mother's actually train their children to committ crimes. It's a sad day in America.

I thought mothers generally cared for the males more and the fathers for the daughter...How could anyone think to do that to a creature that depends on you to live?...I hope this woman...she lives a long life so she can suffer for it day by day, miunute for minute, and hour for hour, all behind bars.

Oregon DOES have the death penalty for ag murder, do your homework. IF she is guilty and did it simply because she knew she could get off for very little I'm sure she could have chosen a different state. It's ignorant and ridiculous to believe that's the only reason this kind of thing happens.

I couldn't agree more about the OLD NEWS here! I have tried to reboot my computer thinking maybe I should try rebooting but that didn't even matter! I am really getting tired of seeing OLD NEWS and resorted to just watching news on television to catching NEW NEWS! If AOL can't provide it then it's time to get my hiney offline and go elsewhere for the news! There are other news sources besides AOL, it's just annoying that they can't seem to update the HOMEPAGE for their MEMBERS and people who do like to read it on Internet Explorer or AIM! PLEASE AOL!

I appreciate the post that poses the question - Why is the investigation identifying the type of car driven by the mother rather than obtaining unbiased information about automobiles seen in the vicinity at the time the voices were heard? The mother is being tried in the press. As described - the circumstances implicate her as guilty however my impression of her face is that her expression is one of grief and suffering. We KNOW too little to know anything of what really happened here. So many other possibilities have been excluded in the rush to convict someone based on circumstantial evidence before any decent objective investigative work has been begun.

I like how she admits this, it was never about her getting a career, good for her for saying it:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qpWjGBAOPo
