My son goes to a Philadelphia Department of Recreation camp whose pool was closed due to budget cuts. Our camp is mostly white (Monkiecicz Rec). We were never offered swimming, just sprinklers! The kids are happy and well behaved, my son loves his counselors we think it is a great program! Apparently the Phila Dept. of Rec. is racist by offering the mostly minority camps private swim clubs! By the way, I paid over $5,000 in city wage tax on top of our increased property tax last year. The city is as racist toward it's dwindling caucasian tax base as the swim club!!!

Discrimination is against the law. God created all people the same. However, manyAfrican Americans have been denied opportunities , strictly on the basis of their race and it is clearly unfair. The children did not deserve to be "mistreated" and emotionally abused.

If this is indeed true, the owners should be completely ashamed of themselves for this! But then again, look at what people are saying about Michael Jackson. There are just too many RUDE people in the U.S.
