BISMARCK, N.D., July 2 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The 'Help is Here Express' bus tour will be stopping in North Dakota throughout the week of July 6 - 10 at various cities in order to help uninsured and financially-struggling North Dakotans access information on programs that provide prescription medicines for free or nearly free.
