On google it says that she is a pathological liar (the lady who got raped) and her family isn't even standing behind her. She's gone to jail and has mental problems. She's even stabbed herself and claimed that she was mugged once, to which she plead guilty for in court. The guy says that the sex was consensual and he actually pasted a lie detector test. He was a married man with children and his wife is in the process of divorcing him..... When you lay around with dogs.... It's a fact that you will get fleas.

They need to update this story. The man passed a police polygraph saying that the encounter was consensual. There is evidence that the woman purchased some of the items used in the "sex game". Her own mother has stated that she is a pathological liar. You should google this story to find out that there is more going on here. I still say the guy got what he deserves for being an adulterer.

Get a clue. Bail is established based on whether you are a flight risk, not automatically because of the circumstances or the severity of the crime. There are plenty of people who are out on bail for premeditated murder - and many of them are innocent of the charges. Being out of jail allows you much greater freedom to prepare your defense. So, yes, this guy seems to be a scumbag - but you really, really don't want a mistrial when it comes to the end of the trial because the guy was limited in making a defense. Denying bail is looked at very poorly by juries unless the person has a history of jumping bail.

'he's out on bail' our so-called justice system sucks, he kidnapped, raped & supposidly was going to murder the girl...so now he's out on bail, he'll run & the next time they find him, it will be over his next victim's dead body. if he doesnt run, his scumbag lawyer will get him off with some councilling & community service. all hail our corupt legal system. at least this girl got away.
