Have the cat killings stopped since this MoFo was arrested? What a loser. If he's guilty I hope he gets what he deserves. 158 years should do it. And yes...shelter pets are the best and yes...many people who torture and kill animals move on to human victims. Get him off the streets before he kills something or someone else.
