Did he have the gun on him or was it just in his car? He claimed he wanted to ask for a job, so the question is still did he have a gun on him or not? If he left them in the car and was trying to see Obama the candidate I dont know how he was threatening anyone, he was wanting to ask for a job. 5 yrs for wanting to ask for a job and the gun being in the car seems a bit strange. They must be forgetting to tell something in this story. Wouldnt you need to have the gun in your possession to be a threat, what was he going to say I want a job and when he was told no say well stay right her I need to run to my car to get my gun?

Wow more public school quality reporting by the AP. Why is there is a need to cover an entire news story in less than ten lines? Why designate almost a full line to the phonetic pronunciation of the accused mans name, since in this case that represents about ten percent of the story content ? Why contradict the reported facts with the head line ? If Omhari Sengstacke (ahm-HAR'-ee SENG'-Stack) was convicted for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, why does the head line say he was caught with a gun ? The word use clearly means he had done something more than having the gun with him. What were the aggravating circumstances ?Are the people at AP mentally challenged , if they are I would adjust my expectations.
