I think it is sad the way this society has attacked her. The media has done more harm then any with the campaign. People need to start speaking out, we want real change, not the bull Obama has feed us. I think what Palin is doing is good. Family is more important then politics.

Rove and Huckabee although republicans are still part of the policital mainstream. American's are sick of this both democrats and republicans, and just maybe Sarah doing things differently will strike interest in those that are truly sick of "politics as usual". Not saying she'll run, but I'm impressed that she doesn't live her life worrying if she's doing the right thing in the eyes of policital want to be's.

I can not say that Palin has made the right decision, because I do not know what her long range plans are. It is true that all politicians face scrutiny and pressure. However, Palin's critics have ignored some KEY issues here. Palin is YOUNGER than most politicians, with a new born special needs child, hence, her CHILDREN are younger. If her children were older, she would be less concerned about how the limelight affects them. The real difference has been the "attacks" on her family. Did Biden, Rove, or Huckabee have to deal with anything like the David Letterman joke? The truth is: Palin was pulled out of obscurity, from Alaska, and many of our "elitists" have gone to great lengths to simply trash this woman. I can not think of any other candidate, male or female, who has endured the harsh ridicule she endured. Was she an innocent victim? No. She was simply unprepared for the campaign. (Obama had over a yar to get ready!) If you really want an insight to this travesty, ...
