I cannot believe the gall of Gov. Sanford to evoke the name of God in his scurrullous behavior and act as if all is forgiven. I'm sorry, but getting weepy eyed and saying, "I've sinned" and then think it's all taken care of is not the way it goes. He thinks it's going to be "business as usual". Don't think so. He's got some explaining to do, especially about how state finances were spent on his working trips to Buenos Aires. He deceived the voters of the great state of South Carolina and not only does he owe them an explanation he needs to step down from the office he holds. Any self-respecting person would do the same.

Republicans used to have a good reputation for a number of things. Now I can't name one. We used to think of republicans as business leaders. Not anymore, they have gotton used to ordering container loads of crap from China and just marking it up. Any moron can do that. They used to have a reputation for helping the needy. Now they are last on the list for any donations to the needy. They used to have some high moral ground , thats long gone. Their home boy organization' U.S. Christian Coalition hates and fights against any scientific or ground leading medical advances. They would rather see everyone ride in wheelchairs and take asprin. The GOP needs to rid itself of everyone that has any input now and start with a clean slate.

Aside from the moral implications. A smarter governor wouldn't get caught cheating.Just shows how truly inferior he is.

He's plenty qualified to govern a morally corrupt society.
