You all are entirely too cruel. We live in an entirely softer and gentler society--why can't you right wing extremists get it? Allow John Murtha to adopt the poor pitiful soul and provide him with all the luxuries of our entitlement society. Better yet, give him to Barney Frank--he'll make a wonderful page. Let's give him a ticker tape parade, the key to the city and have Pelosi bestow the title of patriot upon him. After all, he is just a misunderstood miscreant and a potential Democrat voter.

they should have cut off his head stuck it on the bow. Then cruised into the port where all of the other pirates are. It would discourage alot of those wimpy black dudes who call themselves pirates but all they are is punks

Send him back to Somalia, we do not need to feed cloth and give him a free (our tax dollars) lawyer. Next time shoot all pirates at sea and be done with them.

Poor little misguided child? I don't think so. How about HARDCORE CRIMINAL? Now the US Taxpayer (us) will be supporting him against our will for the remainder of his life and he'll live better in prison than he ever lived in Somalia. Kid's got it made. All pirates should get the death sentence while still at sea.
