THIS is what happens when you send a rapist to prison and then let him out in a yr or two. he goes in and understands that if the woman had been dead he wouldnt be in prison at all.and when he gets out he makes sure no one can testify against him. we allow rapists , pedophiles, and murderers out in less time than someone caught for smoking pot for the 3rd time. tell me what sense does this make? who would you want to have as a neighbor, this man or someone like him or a pot head? give me the pot head anytime.our laws are all messed up and we allow this.
