Sid Sinatra, you are not thinking about the consequences of the kids and there right not to be involved with this petifile. They have a legal right not to be slandered by a petifile on the internet.

Child pornagraphy should not be condoned in any way shape or fashio. The constitution of America gives us certain right as far as free speech, and privacy under the fourth admendment, but being able to slander a kids face onto a nude boy is not protected. Its not his image to do with or what he wants to with. It is hard enought being a kid without having to be traumatized by an obvious child petifile.

Arrest Perez Hilton !! That flaming perverted waste of flesh is equally as bad or worse and draws sexual organs and semen dripping from celebrities mouths as well as on their children on his public website !! I totally agree with what ddthaprincess2 said at 12:50 AM

Things are getting seriously messed up here in the land of the free. Next they'll be making "preemptive arrests." Or is this actually an incidence of that dystopian practice? Freedom isn't free, I hear so many people saying, and they are right. The biggest cost of freedom is allowing people you don't agree with to be free as well. Seems fewer and fewer are willing to pay that price today.

Da, read the whole story, it's not because of photoshopping, it's because it involves images of children with 'porn'.....why is the sick f%$k wondering what little girls would look like grown up and naked anyway? Get a life.

So let me get this straight, PhotoShopping a porno pic is now a felony in the US? Suppose I paste the head of Obama onto a nude body shot of a pumped-up stud, or Rush Limbaugh's head on a nude Pillsbury dough boy, will the government prosecuted that next? Yeah this guy looks like a creep in that photo, but did he actually try to touch a child? I'm more appalled by the government's behavior here than the behavior of this pervert.

"he should serve time even though he hasnt commited a crime yet to steer his ass away from doing so in the future"@BEFFdubleB , please report to your local police station for pro-active incarceration. We need to prevent the public from your future crimes. Think of the children!

Freaks and perverts are being accepted into society with the tag line of "tolerance" leading their way. Once you couldn't even admit to being gay because it was acceptable behavior to treat homosexuals like freaks and perverts. Now they are taking states to court over the right to marry and bring books into the classroom that depict homosexual couples in fairytales and other reading material. Soon the molesters that claim the same birthright as the homosexuals will be getting the same rights if people don't draw a line. Homosexuals do not want compromise, they want conformity.

Misterprecedent said - This guy may be nutty, but photo collages and photoshopping are NOT illegal, nor is THINKING about doing something kinky or illegal. IF there is actual EVIDENCE that he has molested children, THEN he should be charged, but possessing or cutting up photos of children's faces is NOT molestation, nor does it injure any child. This sounds like some sleazy politician's effort to INVENT crimes that don't exist, so to whip up ignorant public frenzy and support for re-election............................Hmm, I think you're on to something here. What do you think we ought to do about this guy? Put up our hands and slowly back away and apologize for bothering him for our lack of understanding about his demented forms of entertainment? Not taking any sides, here. Just askin'.
