No wonder after twenty plus years, I see less and less of what I really wish to know about!

LMFAO... it took me 3 tries just to post my previous comment. Good'ol AOL!

"We're sorry, the content you've requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

LOL... does that sound familiar? Or AOL "encountering itself" and crashing for no apparent reason?

SMH at this POS ISP...

I recently got a new Dell with Vista and my aol browser barely works. I'm forced to use dial up here or I'd change. I've tried aol 9.0 , Optimized , 9.0VR, and 9.1. I stay connected..ie7 works, but I can't access the Internet through my aol browser...which means my favorites list. Anyone else have this problem?

The main reason I am thinking about ending my account with AOL is that they do not hire American workers. All American companies who hire international employees should be boycotted. I am currently a Comcast subscriber and am using that site more and more. AOL's email is good, but that is about the only reason I am still paying my monthly fee. The liberal views they project, their lack of patriotism and their monitoring our right of free speech are the deciding factors for me!

I agree mdbones...I hit a keystroke and the whole page disappears on AOL. I have noticed that since 9.0, 9.0 Optimized and 9.0 Security that the email system performs poorly as well. I'm about to jump off that train and its a shame because I have loved their email system.

AOL is so f'ed up that I dont think anything can save it. AOL is eaten up with radical liberalism and tries to stifle opinion from conservatives. AOL also promotes black racism with its Black Voices.

I have to laugh at AOL... I've never seen a business as totally hell bent on destroying themselves as they are. AOL needs to refocus on what made them what they used to be... e-mail, IM, chat rooms and message boards, which were their core offerings and what attracted their customers in the first place.

AOL's operating software has turned into error-prone, insiduous computer hijacking garbage since the release of 9.0. Every new update is worse than the one it replaces. Nobody cares about the additional garbage they continue to tack on.

LOL... but, AOL doesn't care and they don't listen to the few customers they have left. So they deserve the end results of their business going down the toilet. They'll be remembered as the poster child for how not to run a business.
