The Brazilian Rainforest ...Produces 40% of the world Oxygen..A necessary component for humans too live longer than 5 minutes..And these illegals are chopping down the rainforest for money that can't replace the worlds Oxygen supply..Poeople are mostly stupid overall..This story has a huge impact on ...Life on Earth...Wow man!!

Friend, the govt is not responsible for food and gas prices. It is a freemarket economy. You could blame some of the liberal politicians for not allowing us to driil for oil or build new refineries. Ayway I too am loading ammo and have plenty of guns.

Hey, I don't have any kids so I am not going to worry about it. I don't need to leave anything to anyone. As long as it last another 40 years I good. I used to really worry about it but it has taken too much of my life, SO, I am now living the life I gave away. You can't fight the machine and in the end the EARTH will win anyway. Because after humans die off it will recover on it's own. We humans will be little more than a pimple in time ! ! !

Oh yea ! I am an Independant and I do not beleive the earth is comming to an end. We may all die off but the earth will last another 3 billion years in some form and with some OTHER kind of life!

During a tree's lifespan, CO2 is absorbed by the leaves, small branches, and roots as well. When the wood is prepared for burning, only the main branches are used which leaves you with a net decrease of CO2.

Burning wood only releases what was absorbed from the atmosphere in the last fifty years. In fact by burning wood for fuel, we would be reducing the levels of CO2 because during the tree's lifespan, CO2 is absorbed into the leaves, small branches, and roots as well, but only the main branches are burned. So you actually have a net decrease of CO2!!!!

Well, persuasion didn't work. Have they ever thought about "SHOOT TO KILL"??? This would definately be a detriment. If the word got out that the government was going to fly through with helicopters and shoot down any ******** found illegally burning, I'm SURE they would actually engage their feeble little brains long enough to figure out that a bunch of charcoal is not worth losing one's life over........ROFLMAO!!
