IT IS MY OPINION THAT, WE, HERE, IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ARE PRIVILEDGED TO: HAVE ESTABLISHED, AND MAY AND DO AMEND LAWS TO GOVERN OURSELVES AS WE SEEK TO PROVIDE FOR OUR PEOPLE, PROTECTION, AND EQUALITY, UNDER THEM. Further, that WE, have the right, and do strive or endeavor to BRING ABOUT change when it becomes clear that it IS necessary for all to continue EQUALY AND JUSTLY, UNDER THESE LAWS OF OUR LAND/ NATION. This is a fact that is more true today, than ever before. Though I fear we may in this pursuit have very well lost sight of the original intents of our forefathers.

ADDTIONALLY, THAT THE PUNISHMENT(S) FOR THE VIOLATION OR BREAKING OF THE(SE) LAW(S) IS(ARE) EXPECTED TO FIT THE CRIME(S) ET AL.Since this was a place where regular gambling occurred, OPERATING OUTSIDE OFTHE LAWS OF ITS OWN STATE, THE ESTABLISHMENT COULD bear the greater burden of the crime, FOR HAVING IGNORED THE LAWS OF THEIR OWN STATE, and, COULD THEREBY, CONCEIVEABLY BE LIABLE TO THE PATRONS FOR not having posted aWARNING SIGNS therein, along with VERBAL WARNINGS for the vision impaired, ADVISING that those individuals who would participate in the action would be functioning outside of THE LAWS OF THE STATE. HOWEVER, IT COULD ALSO BE ARGUED THAT since it was locally and within the establishment, well known, that there was a place where the patrons could have all met to gamble legally, THERE WAS NO FAULT LIABILITY. netsaler I sugest to your readers that they never forget one of the main concepts of ANY type of gambling = namely that if you want to win big , then you must bet big ! Otherwise : be satisfied with " small potatoes " .

We played last night for fun after my daughter's birthday party. Pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters. My Mom won all her cash back!!!!!!! Enjoyable evening.

We had a wonderful time playing many different types of card games using pennies. It was fun. Many of us did not have a good set of cards, either. It's a fun social activity, good family time and good for the brain. You learn each time you play. We play rarely and it's more fun than arguing about politics or religion.
