Will this spinoff trickle down to Time Warner New York subcriber to lower rates?
The rates for just basic service to subcriber's have been increasing rapidly, without benefit of faster service-calls, or credits to its consumer's.Competition is needed in the New York City area.I sincerely hope the executives read this posting by a disatisfied customer, who is a senior citizen and on a fixed disability budget !
