A Florida woman considered a person of interest in the disappearance of her young daughter is released from jail after an anonymous person posts her $500,000 bond. It's the second time in a week that Casey Anthony has made bail. Authorities fear her daughter, Caylee, is dead, and they say Anthony is not telling them everything she knows.

A Texas couple fights back when two armed gunman smash into their house. Kellie and Keith Hoehn manage to disarm the intruders. The struggle ends with one intruder dead and the other wounded. Authorities say the Hoehns likely will not face charges, since they were acting in self-defense.

China Arnold, who was convicted of killing her infant daughter by microwaving her, is spared the death penalty after jurors are unable to agree on a sentence. As a result, the toughest sentence she faces is life in prison without parole. Arnold's sentencing is set for Monday.
