166. Mr. Donaldson: What is the lowest rating from an approved source ever attained by an incumbent President....and at what point was that in his term ?

167. Why is there such a fuss in the media over the Foley case? Although his actions and emails to the pages is despicable, he was forced to resign from the House. Representative Studds (D-Mass) actually had sex with 2 male pages and was not forced to resign by the Democracts who controlled Congess at the time. Why the Double Standard in the media?

168. With hundred of billions in profits stockpiled off shore on witch U.S. taxes have not been paid, this little Legislativ gem cost the U.S. Treasure. A massive amount of lost future tax revenue. About
$104 billion. That is a big fat tax break. it is an unconscionable giveaway to Corporat America.

170.
Hello, Mr. Sam Donaldson
I am wondering how long is too long? It’s been over 30 years now I still do not exist. This coming April I will be 37 years old what is my government waiting for: the right moment, when I die. I am no treat, I am just telepathic.
Second question: The media- why are you letting the government run all over you? It’s been over 30 years. All you have to do is run the story: This means you put the people who are responsible in front of the camera, print their pictures in the newspapers, and magazines. You just act like you normal would. It about time!
Third question: What happen to the first Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the press;”…..
Sincerely;
Chuck Carr

172. Why is the Media including ABC so afraid to challenge this administration when 35 years ago
we were willing to stand up and risk being shot
during the Nixon administration which pales in comparison to the harm's perpetrated on the American people by the current administration.

why are born again christians so mean and closed minded?

174. Why can we not drop the concept of for-profit insurance for health care coverage, and substitute a single-payer system that covers every legal resident? As it is now, about 46 million Americans have no coverage. Many that do have insurance have such high deductibles and co-pays that routine care is not feasible. It is disheartening to read about all the advances in medical treatment, such as the potentials of stem cells, and realize that a large percentage of our population cannot even afford a doctor visit.

175. About the Dem's new theme of "Common Good", how does this differ from socialism. Paraphrasing Karl Marx in Das Capital, "Capitalism will exist until the voters learn they can vote themselves a dole". Have we reached that point with too many people receiving government checks of one form or another(and tying their vote to whichever party promsies them more)? (Includes Soc Sec., Farm support, welfare, etc etc.)

177. Sam,

178. why is it that democrats and republicans both say to respect different opinions, and to work to compromise, and then they say not to politicize and what not, and then both parties do it. I believe that ANYONE who blamed either bill clinton or bush for 9/11 or north korea is both foolish and naive. I hate that the democrats say that republicans politicize and are evil, and yet thats exactly what they are doing, they are politicizing and not listening to what the republicans answer to the comment. This works vice versa im not being bias. Both parties need to stop being hypocrite, and then come to realize that the oppositions opinion doesnt have to be wrong!!! they should just be working to find out which opinion works best. And so far neither side has done this. Anything bush or the republicans do or say, its a constant bash bash bash, even if bush has a valid point. And this is what the democrats are doing which the republicans are not. IT is a well known fact that most(not all) the media is bias. And people only know what they are told. And when people write about bush based on their hate (yes hate) for him, they take no regard in what he has to say, or even if he makes a point. For example that muslim guy running for office. I think its horrible that his opponent said he had ties with terrorist. Yet democrats say that Bush purposely pushed us into this North Korean predicament to win the GOP elections. Why??? would you agree its because the democrats no longer care if Bush is right on anything, they just dont like him, and because of this the democrats stand on national security is that of a pre 9/11 stand. Its almost non existent. I know the republicans have many woes ( almost to many ), but the democrats do have too many woes, they want to raise taxes( which will slow the economy) they want to talk to terrorist and north korea( which will destroy influence, and show that we can be beaten), the only thing i like aobut democrats is their view on healthcare, but that would bankrupt the nation or instigate more taxes. Im all for small government, and little government spending so i know im conservative, but i dont like to label myself a republican. I do think that low taxes, little government influence on social lives, and low taxes will mean a better america for tomorrow. I also believe that even if the Iraq war was waged for a wrong reason, that doesnt mean it wasnt right to free millions of people. I think its important to remember that if we leave without finishing the job then those 2700 lives died for nothing, and that wouldnt be bushs fault, it would be whoever took them out without having the purpose carried out, and that is to promote an actual free country in the middle east, where you can worship freely and speak freely. Is that wrong?

179. Why is it when we elect officials and they get to Washington that they forget to show up and vote on issues? Is there a valid reason why they miss so many voting opportunities?

180. Dear Mr. Donaldson:
In your opinion, why doesn't this Bush administration do direct diplomacy with Iran, Syria and North Korea, as most experts advise? Is this paranoia, religious aversion, simplistic ideology, hubris, or a combination of the above? Thank you.
