204. I have always wanted to know why the politician and the media discuss more of the comments of a race than the issue. Example is the Rush/Fox issue. If I remember the orginal point was stem cell research and a democratic woman running f/senator. Seems like see does not have to have any root of measurement now she gets and the media is working hard to dicuss everything but the issue and her aggenda for this country.
My conclusion is she must not have much and the media is looking for a way to have something to say because they can't stay focus on the elections as well.
My feelings, is great concern because the folks (media) that help this country the most want to talk about anything but the issue's. Party leaders are learning how to use the media, by asking for opinions and setting the stage for confrontation, it gets feel press and it avoids the issue's. Generally weak candidates and a puppet media. Wow what a future we have here. Think about it.

205. When a non-citizen, without permission or proper documentation, enters into the United States and thereby breaks a federal law, why is it then that
a United States citizen owning property being used as a crossing by as many as 500 people a day, cannot get the necessary law enforcement assistance
in order to stop the flow of these people using his private property without his permission and to some extent, causing some personal threat to him. Why is nothing done to help? If television crews can film people crossing the border illegally, why can not there be people from INS waiting to take them in to custody? Apparently, non-citizens have more rights than citizens.

This is a case of the powers that be "milking the cash cow" for all there is while in power. It does not take much digging to see the real America and the state that it is in. I am sure in my lifetime; we will achieve the status of "two-class America"--the Rich and the Servants--oops, POOR. History repeats itself; the Masters and their servants--except this time it would not be just Africans forced into servitude, it would also include every ethnic group once known as the "middle class". Real education about the choices for our future is the first step in ensuring that we have a voice AND a VERIFIABLE vote. Let us not be fooled by the Local/National/Washington Political Shuffle Game. Make EVERY office holder at EVERY level of politics, accountable to the people.

Why does the US have to be the police unit for the world. I personally am very patriotic to our country. I think it is a crime to burn an American Flag in the United States unless it is to discard it.
But why do we have to tell all the other countries how to do there business. For example, Muslim countries, we go there we tell them to give their women more rights. We tell them they should stop keeping certain people in their countries second class. We tell them they shouldn't have multipule wives. What business is it of ours how they run their societies. They were around alot longer than we have been and when we stole the land that I love, they didn't come here and stop us. They didn't come and defeat us because we stole raped and pillaged from the Indians. They didn't invade our country when we bought slaves and brought them here. I'm not saying that they should have, but what gives us the right to do that to them. They are different from us and that's ok. They have the right to make up there own rules it's there country. Please don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean I think there right. I just don't understand why its our job and our resources that have to be exhausted to change them when they don't want to be changed. For example: If I were a muslim and had several wifes. I could tell them what to do and be with the one I want to be with and if I see another one I could bring her into the family I would. Then the US invades my country tells me I have to change my lifestyle and no my women have the same rights that I do. I would be pretty upset and yes I would probably fight to the death to defend my way of life. I do not desire that for me myself I have one wonderful wife and don't need another. But, we are not talking about me we are talking about another country. Who decieded that it is our job to straighten up all the messes on earth.

Here in Florida,a big issue is Insurance due to the hurricanes we've endured.Insurance is a big deal to us property owners , so its played up by the talking heads on the TV ads.However...before you can buy ANY Insurance you have to earn the money to do so.So why is it that1)Workers Compensation carriers are seemingly impervious to jurisdiction , as in my wife's case-Her back was broken in 2002,made to wait a year for 4 bolts and 3 rods to be surgically installed...then,7 months ago the Insurance co.'s choice of DR states in writing she now needs to see a neurosurgeon...and the Insurance Co. refuses to let her see one.
NO POLITICIAN ,Democrat or Republican will address this egregious denial of needed medical care for my wife .Why in the hell is that Sam?
2)Before you tell me to get a lawyer...she has one.But,why in the world do you need a lawyer to deal with an "extension of the Executive Branch" as Florida's Workers Comp system was ruled to be by the Florida Supreme Court in Dec. 2004.
It's not part of Florida's judicial system...it's Jeb Bush's responsibility.
Oh , I contacted him too...he had an aide send me an email telling us to apply for Food Stamps...
