I have never seen a disclosure on our real TOTAL DEBT. Are we bankrupt and no one has told us?

Why are we bankrupting ourselves at such a rapid level? Will there ever be a break even in my child's lifetime? I understand that Austrailia paid off it's debt in 2006.

244. How is it that politicians can raise so much money on a ruse but I only can raise a few hundred dollars for a recent child involved in an accident which has left her a paraplegic? We try to send thank you notes and have found not one politician, not one lawyer, nor doctor, nor professional athelete nor a musician or movie star donated a dime to this child. Actually only the people who practically live payday to payday donated.
The State of Florida recently planned to purchase a piece of land for 50 million dollars after it went up in price 16 million in only 6 months but will not buy this child a wheel chair thru the BSCIP of the Florida Health Dept?

I have talked to countless soldiers returning from Iraq, who are outraged that CNN, CBS, ABC and NBC, provide stories about the worst side of the war that takes place in a 30 mile area, but fail to provide the extraordinary positive stories regarding the progress of this nation. Freedom of the press requires responsibility. Why are not you as a reputable member of the media seeking to support our country by providing the rest of the information about the progress being made in Iraq?

I listened to the CD radio reports during WWII, and there were many mistakes made, but the media told the whole story, causing the nation to rise up against Hitler. My fear is that many in the media have unwittingly become agents of those terrorists, who hate and are jealous of this nation. I wrote at the beginning of this war, our greatest threat comes from members of the press, whose zeal is for their personal political agendas, where sensationalism outweighs their desire to support our country and support the freedoms of those who can not defend themselves.

248. I would like to know why the people running for offices get their info on what the other canidate does wrong. I notice in the ads that it has something at the bottom of the ad to say where the sorce came from but if this information true? Is it out of contest? It seems like there are a lot of negative ads running and I don't like it and do not believe either side. Is any of the negative things true? I really just want to know what that person is going to do rather than he or she telling me what the other one did wrong. Thanks!

How many billions did that bring back to the treasury from those least likely to afford it?
