16. This nation has the brain power to develop a computer program to dispense a RECIEPT to each voter showing his choices, and a printout as well.
No machine should be officially allowed until checks and balances are in place. So why aren't the powers that be concerned about that and do something about it?

18. What ever happened to "Term Limits" as an issue? If we combined a requirement that all legislation be germane to the bill's title with term limits we might get a Congress that works for the common good of "We the People" instead of special interest campaign contributions...Pork rots and fecal matter stinks when it's out in the sun.

19. I very much believe that history offers solutions, or at least lessons in what not to do again. Do you think President Bush could have avoided the current mess in Iraq had he applied a historical perspective to his planning? Also,I fail to see how Condie Rice had the experience or education to be appointed National Security Advisor or Secretary of State and feel she has failed miserably in both positions. Any comment?

20. Sam, what does it say about our system of elections when hundreds of thousands, if not millions feel their vote might not be counted? Isn't it past high time for non-partisan control of elections and election procedures?

27. I think we should build a prison down in cuba, and if a politian lies, committs a crime or otherwise, throw them in prison without a trial for life. and that would be the only way to fix things at this time.
Things are bad and these idiots are makeing it worse ever minute, so build a gas chamber there too.

29. Do you believe our Generals are telling us really what they think of our position in Iraq while they are still on active duty? It seems they do change their opnions once out of service. How many of them are still on active duty that spoke a negative report to America?
