61. Sam,
Do you still get huge government subsidies for raising sheep? If you are, I just want you to know it does my heart good to know that my tax dollars are being spent to help the rich get richer. Way to work the system.

63. president bush keeps saying we are winning the war, what exactly does he mean? how will we know if we have won? do we have to wipe out all the different factions in iraq. who will be left?

64. We need to go back to the old written ballot,so Bush's beagles can't turn the votes around in the computers that don't work right anyway. BUT MOST OF ALL why don't we the people get the congress and the senate to do away with the electric colledge and use the MAJORITY vote to declare the winer.A lot of good honest Americans vote on the west coast and it all comes down to a couple of states back east thats B........t If we had done that 6 years ago we wouldn't have these thugs in office today.I agreee with Jean we need to DEMAND our rights now more than ever before. And Rush L why don't you get off the air and go back to an AA meting, maybe your sponsor will listen to your junk

65. If the majority of congree is from the Democratic party and President Bush's popularity poll is in the teens, would it be possible to impeach the president for not doing his job?

66. This administration had the chance to get the Fair Tax Plan passed, a program this country needs now. They were afraid to even address the issue, and after this election there will not be another chance. Our country is in chaos, very sad indeed.

68. once again it is election time, when people vote they vote for the future that is to come. I may be confused that the future is just going to be the same as the past. the poor remaining poor and the rich not giving a rats ass for the poor. instead of proper prior preperation and planning for each indivisual you know preplan for such results to eliminate crime, what really has to be done. I do understand that what we/you allow onto the news will happen in the future. why downplay something just because one person or group oh, I don't think it will work. well if I was to say you were right, I deffently would be wrong. As our President had a mission to complete, up to this day not one of you understand what that mission really is. Your president has given us a wake up call and everyone wants to say how dumb he is, well a wise man once said, look, watch, listen and say nothing until its time. When one is ready to stand and speak noone wants to listen. listen if you can hear. the book is now open, and I as one are not going to let it close until the facts are heard. After over 1 million 825 thousand days since man has been created, look at this world. Shameful, shameful, shameful. If we were all balbarians, I could understand, but we are not. we have a policy that has been created by our forefathers and really it should work. back to the presidents mission,. a simple wake up. I am sorry to say that the president did not get the complete message, which I can understand, he had a big plate to fill. And has done the best that he could have. Does he have the right people in place. that could be arguementive. and lets change the subject. Sam, george, what is your mission in life. have you woken up yet. truth, is how you see it? what is right and what is wrong. stop and think. What is the end result that President Bush is looking for. Is it right or is it wrong. does it have anything to do with life of all people of this world. And why are not the people of these united States on the same page. Cause I want to be right. persay. Sam, George, and the team. What do you want as an end result. fairy tales for all or true results of Paradise. Hey, we have come a long way, and the hunger of money has ruined the lives of many. Once again I am working my way to poverty just because I have run out of work for someone I am working for. it' just the time of the season. Life is a good thing, Money is a good thing. And the sad thing about all this is money rules life. period. My question is does it really matter who we vote for, all we are going to get is high paying leaders without a mission. Samuel Dee Arrington. Send my love to the world.

69. I would like to add my question to that of #8; I, too, want to know why I have not heard any rumblings about impeaching our smiling president while even more young men die. They believe they are protecting this country and go willingly; but it seems to me it may also be so Haliburton and/or their subsidiaries get even more money. He can do a lot more damage in two years; let's get those Legislators-in-a-circle.

70. Why not reach rapprochement with Saddam, release him, as the rightful and legal elected President of Iraq, restore him to office and in his way let him recall his Soldiers and toutesuite establish the Iraqi Union. His methods work there and necessary for success now, so we can extricate ourselves from that chaotic cess-pool. One thing more a humble apology from Bush with rationale for Americans! The American voters and the world would understand the need and reasons. Bush is over his head and his arrogant pride and egotism of a Politician prevents him from being honest on issues. There is precedent for this in Near and Mid-East history and its the prudent thing to do. Saddam was not much more forceful than Abe Lincoln was to preserve the Union, wuith his suspension of Habeas Corpus, summary executions and his connection with manipulating to get an order for General Beauregarde to fire on Ft. Sumter. All before the war. etc. later the burning cities, farm houses, destruction of crops, kill all farm animals including chickens to starve his own people, etc. Is there a great difference? This is one way out for the USA!

71. What happened to the 1/2 of AMERICA that voted AGAINST the current administration over the last two presidential elections?! Both were "Close" elections, never mind the ethics of interpreting them. This is a strictly divided nation. We need leaders with vision, who don't dumb it down for their constituents.Rah Rah Rah!

72. Since the theory of our Government resides in "a Government of the People, by the People and for the People"...., why then are the specific wishes of the "People", so callously disregarded, by our pompous leader(s), that, 'oh by the way', did not have the majority of the "Peoples" vote, to be in office, in the first place?
Second, as our fearless Leader has has so boldly pointed out, "He takes full responsibility.....", just what in fact does that mean? If under his direction or control, someone, someplace, something, suffers an unrightable wrong, will he personally compensate the victim(s)?
And finally, why, oh why, when the media finally gets around to asking the 'real' questions, that the 'People' really want, (and need), answered, and he, (the unofficially elected, official), squirms and dances around the question, or better yet, just flat out disregards the question all together...., to re-repeat more of the same rhetoric....., why I ask again, won't YOU, the media, the 'DEFACTO' voice of the 'PEOPLE', stand up, stand together and make the will oF the 'PEOPLE' known?
I realize that the mark of a good politician is to be able to speak for hours and say absolutely nothing, and the audience be appreciative of just having had their time wasted. It is also painfully obvious that we, the 'PEOPLE' actually have no voice in government, especially now since we are already being told that our votes will in all likelyhood not be cast in the direction that we intended. In reality, we have been lulled to sleep and are expected to just pay our taxes and swallow what ever brand of garbage is the flavor of the month.
Oh well....., what then really is the point?

73. At what point or level of violence is a civil war declared and if it and when it does? Will this factor complete the ingredients needed for this to be compared to the Vietnam War, even though the death count is only approaching 3000 dead after this 3rd year of the Iraq war. Also what was the death count after 3 yrs in Vietnam?

74. Why doesn't the President's daughters volunter to join the military, if their Dad is so convienced that what he is doing is the right thing?

75. Mr. Donaldson, first I want to tell you that I have tremendous respect for you, your professional judgment, and for your "body of work." You have served our nation well, and I hope you never retire.
My question is about Habeas Corpus. Did President Bush's signing earlier this week of Congress's military tribunal bill remove Habeas Corpus protection from anyone the President labels an "enemy combatant" even if that person is a citizen of the United States of America?
I fear that George Walker Bush is dismantling our Constitutional protections and even our nation's traditional approach to international law. But if he truly is dismantling the foundation of our liberties, The Magna Charta, then only a craven Congress would fail to impeach him.
Your thoughts, Sam?
