You did not answer the question asked. You only diluted the issue with what will and won't happen.
The President and his men in his bublle know the truth: that if they tell a lie long enough with much repetition, regardless of the real thruth, people begin to believe, or at the very least, begin to question thier own clear thinking.
The value of thousands of American lives wasted and billions of dollars spent an a war that was started with lies, continues with them.

I am a vet and am outraged that a bunch of rich guys who always hid out behind there money and connections avoided the Vietnam war and Iraq war but are always eager to send our sons and daughters to their deaths for no good reason.........

Kerry should be sent to Iraq and let the troops take care of him.My son a retired AF pilot would love to see him and my grndson a Lieut. in the Army just returned from Iraq and said he wished the media would tell all the good things the GIs have done.God Bless our military.They are not the dregs of society but fine young people we should be proud of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assume for the purpose of the question that one supports the POTUS position in Iraq. Since we have been asked to be there, risk, and regrettably expend, the blood of our military personnel, and since all the neighboring states in the region enjoy the security benefits from our presence, WHY do WE the American public, have to pay for this? Why does not the POTUS receive funds, either payments or reimbursement, from all the extremely wealthy oil rich nations whose wealth our presence helps insure? A corollary question is, why does not POTUS "diplomacy" prevent the U.S. populace from paying gouging gasoline prices from these same countries? Let China, Japan and all the rest who have NOT sent troops to Iraq pay the high prices.

Bottom line whether you agree with Iraq or not !Once our Commander in Chief declares War and we send our Troop to respond, Every American (TRUE AMERICANS ) should SUPPORT that decision and SUPPORT our troops ! Doesn't Sen. Kerry's joke, warning students of the necssity to work hard at their studies or they'll end up sticking us in another war as Pres. Bush has, prove his point? For Sen. McCave and a large section of our population to believe Sen. Kerry would insult our service people, to me at least, says there's a lack of folks who spent little time at the books in college a'la G.W. Bush.
