Too busy, it seems, to co-operate with Florida authorities looking into the accusation that Ms. Coulter knowingly voted in the wrong precinct last year. Doing so is a felony, and punishable with a sentence of up to five years in jail. What would cause a person to consciously vote in the wrong polling place? As the Palm Beach Post reported at the time:A Palm Beach poll worker tried to help the GOP-loving pundit Ann Coulter vote in the right precinct last week. But, Jim Whited says, Coulter dashed out of the polling place when he told her she needed to file a change of address. "I even ran out after her," he says. "But she was fast."
And slippery, too. After a nine-month investigation into the matter, during which time the Palm Beach Elections Supervisor sent Ms. Coulter several letters, the case will be handed over to state prosecutors on Friday. This is the same Ann Coulter, mind you, who once called Palm Beach voters, "stupid," and "feeble minded."

48. Just another grandstanding play by the folks who wasted millions going after Rush Limbaugh on trumped up charges. There is no claim that she knew she was in the wrong place, nor that she tried to vote twice. Democrats are unfit to be prosecutors.

49. Here we go again. The libs digging for something and finding nothing relevant to anything! Who cares what precinct Ann Coulter votes in anyway? (Is there some alleged reason for her to cast her vote in the wrong precinct?) At least she votes! (And, in all likelihood, for the right candidate.) I think we should be more concerned about brainless liberals being allowed to vote!

Until the liberal media and the Democrat/liberal public workers show some equitable balance in the way they exercise their jobs and justice, I will blindly back people like Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh. This is no longer America...that dream has been put to sleep by the liberals and politically correct. I ache for my children and grandchildren who will have to fight through the crap this country is becoming. This country is past due for another "tea party."

52. Oh puh-leez. I'd throw letters like that in the trash, too. And this so-called investigation and so-called election official (who apparently is after his own 15 Minutes Of Fame) is laughable.
If Mr Official HAS actually been "investigating" for nine months, he needs a real job. Who pays this guy, anyway?
BTW, her lawyer ~did~ respond, but Mr Official demanded it be in writing, no doubt so he could leak it to the press and get his face on CNN. I'm sure his Mom is so proud!

53. I think that it's great that there is someone out there like Anne that isn't afraid to loudly shout out against the disease that liberalism is. Liberals are like termites destroying your house from within. 58. Veronica, I never said she didn't "immediately" return phone calls. Read the story i linked to. She didn't return letters from March through June, then refused to be helpful in the investigation. Hey, maybe she's perfectly innocent. We'll see.
