Hillary Purchases More Democrat Support

Hillary, thy name is shameless...

I'm stunned (sarcastic) that neither the New York Times nor the Washington Post do not have this article, Clinton Aids Vilsack With Campaign Debt, on their front pages. Not only do Democrats purchase their own party's votes for supposed "mandates from the people" (the emergency war and pork supplemental), but they purchase "important" political endorsements for cold, hard cash.

Hillary touted former presidential-aspirant Tom Vilsack's endorsement of her campaign recently as one of her most important. Perhaps it would have been important in past election cycles, but with states like California and Florida racing to be, if not the first primary, the early deciding primary by moving their poll dates -- not so much. Soon, Iowa is just going to be another small primary, along with states like New Hampshire.

But boy, did Vilsack's endorsement cost Hillary! $400,000!
Democratic presidential contender Hillary Rodham Clinton has agreed to help one-time candidate Tom Vilsack, who endorsed her on Monday, as he seeks to retire a campaign debt of more than $400,000.

Clinton spokesman Mark Daley said he was uncertain how Clinton would go about raising money for Vilsack, but he conceded that at some point, she would have to contact her supporters. "Someone in her shop is going to have to reach out," Daley said.
As if they don't have that all figured out, yet. Although I doubt David Geffen will be forking over $400,000 to Vilsack anytime soon.

According to the Associated Press, Hillary also reportedly offered an ambassadorship for the endorsement of kingmaker Bill Shaheen in New Hampshire last week. Of course he is disputing that account, for being part of the bribery and extortion process that is Democrat endorsements is an ugly business. Especially when exposed.
