(July 16) -- For the first time, a major political party will field an African-American in the presidential race. That's a sign that the United States' racial divide is getting narrower, right?
Not necessarily, according to a new New York Times/CBS News poll.
The poll finds major disparities in the way black and white voters view Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain. While 83 percent of black respondents had a favorable view of Obama, only 31 percent of whites did, for example.
Whites and blacks also hold widely differing views on the state of race relations in the country, the poll suggested.

Barack Obama is the first African-American to clinch a major political party's nomination for the presidency, but apparently that doesn't mean the nation is more united on racial issues. A New York Times/CBS News poll finds voters are deeply divided on this year's main-party candidates.

For those who believe that Obama is the BEAST I have news for you......They both are (John McCain and Barack Obama)...if you really believe that McCain Is going to solve anything during his time here....you're wrong, same goes for Obama. The Revelation is going to carry out one way or another. It doesn't matter which HUMAN you choose. If you choose GOD to govern your life you will have nothing to worry about. Stop putting your hope in another person. No matter what skills they posses or knowledge they may have, if they don't have faith then they are no better than anybody else. Remember These Words, you're going to need them in the near future.

To all of my like-minded friends participating in these blogs:Whatever you may think of the "Religious Right" in this country...they pack a lot of clout. I realized this a while back...recognized that they were not really too excited about John McCain (or Hillary...if she becomes viable again) and I began sending them the shocking things that I continually uncovered concerning "Barry" Obama. The result? I managed to scare the living daylights out of them...!!! I see the results of my efforts this week and I expect to see a groundswell of opposition to THE MONSTER IN OUR MIDST...almost daily...from now on.Time is short. We must all use it wisely...or suffer the predictable consequences.http://www.eyeblast.tv/Public/Video.aspx?rsrcID=2036
