MOST PRESIDENTIAL?
McCain or Obama
Obama, slightly It was a draw Obama, by a lot McCain, by a lot
FUNNIEST?
McCain or Obama
There was nothing funny about this debate. Brokaw: just hired help here. Brokaw: "I'm just the hired help"; Candidates blocking Brokaw's teleprompter Easily McCain
BEST INSULT OR ZINGER
McCain or Obama
When Obama shot back at McCain with: "That's not talking softly!" McCain with the slam on Obama's Fannie Mae connection McCain answering Brokaw as to who he would pick for treasury secretary: "Not you, Tom." McCain challenging Obama on how much his health care fines would be.
BEST MOMENT
McCain or Obama
Obama's shockingly strong retorts on terrorism, the war and national security. Barack Obama calls attention to evil banking companies who base their operations in Delaware!? Joe Biden's home state. Obama referencing "Bomb, bomb Iran," and McCain acting like it was a joke he told at a diner. McCain's closing: doesn't know what will come, but believes America can endure. Contrast with Obama who answered "what you don't know" with "here's what I do know," in typical arrogant fashion.
