In her first out-of-state political speech since the election, former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin says that for a "fleeting moment" she considered an abortion while carrying her son Trig, 1, who has Down syndrome. The Alaska governor, speaking at a pro-life fundraiser in Indiana, calls Trig "the best thing that has ever happened to me."
