Obama's unprecedented appeal among, and support from, individual donors has brought Hilary to her knees, despite all her lobbyist money, and unprecedented, stubborn support from American women.

He is on the way to doing the same to McCain and the Republican fund raising machine.

Obama is demolishing conventional political wisdom, and re-writing the book, on how presidential candidates get elected in America.

Perhaps this historical change is getting short shrift because it came upon us gradually, and in two parts.

Howard Dean deserves credit here. He showed the way in 2004, with his internet fundraising/political activism model.

Insaneby10 , I would stand with anyone of those Kentucky or West Virginia voters anyday. They have more life intellegence than those who are voting for Obama. The media is insulting to black ,white educated and non educated voters. You thought wrong about the voting blocks.

How ridiculous. Barack would be stupid to allow the Florida and Michigan votes count. He wasn't even on the ballot, why would he let the Michigan votes count. As for Florida, he didn't even get a chance to campaign there, therefore, the Floridians didn't even get a chance to hear his stance on the issues. She said herself in January that she only left her name on the ballots out of respect for the voting process and that she knew they wouldn't be counted.
