As American banks go hat in hand to foreign financial institutions and governments, begging for capital to help them get out of the mess into which their subprime loans have landed them, the question arises as to whether the United States should permit nations like China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) and the banks they control to acquire part ownership of our leading banks.

The presidential candidates discussed this issue in their Nevada debate and Hillary was asked about it in an interview with Neil Cavuto on the Fox Business Network yesterday. She replied that she would not “stand in the way†of such investments, but said that they needed to be vetted and called for more disclosure and “transparency.â€

The fact is that Hillary Clinton is totally unable to be objective on this key question of our national financial sovereignty because she and her husband have been so compromised by their financial dealings with the very countries at issue in the decision.

Ron Paul is the best candidate who has been given no air time by the media. He is the only conservative in the race. The only people who support ron paul are the people who read and learn about him, and everyone who does so with an open mind gravitates towards him.

The problem I have with Romney and Huckabee is that, given their religious fervor, it is obvious that both men will believe ANYTHING, no matter how outrageous or ridiculous, as long as it makes them feel good to think it might be true.

The last thing we need is ANOTHER superstitious fruitcake in the White House.

ANN COULTER PREFERS "HILLARY" TO MCCAIN.....Wow

I like how all these people still believe our own countries propaganda after learning what it did in Nazi Germany. Are you not a patriot that loves this country? Dr. Paul wants to put power back into the Constitution...oh yea, you know WE THE PEOPLE?? The founding fathers would wretch if they knew what the bureaucrats have done to this great nation.

I guess you are correct. Looking at the Straw Poll again, it appears Ron Paul is doing just fine, however in the real world I do not recall him actually winning any state, nor do I expect him to win. If these guys put their support into an area that makes a difference, than maybe Ron Paul could win at least one state.

From the looks of things its basically the Ron Paul folks, they spam every straw poll online thinking the media is going to love them with their votes or something. If you notice there is a radical oblong look to the AOL straw in general.
