Melissa Sue Robinson used to be a Republican -- and a man. Now, the transgender Democrat wants to be the mayor of a conservative town in southwest Idaho. "It doesn't seem like her chances are high -- or there at all," says a store owner in Nampa, Idaho. "We're one of the most conservative counties in the state."
