Gary Dourdan has been charged with possession of heroine, cocaine and ecstasy stemming from his April 28 arrest, when police found the actor with the drugs in his car. If convicted, he faces probation and entry into a drug program.

In his second lawsuit against CBS, legendary news anchor Dan Rather says that his old network sandbagged him by alluding that he had "too much baggage" while he was in talks with other networks. The lawsuit states that Rather's "reputation and standing in his trade and profession have not recovered from the damage."

Britney Spears has been granted expanded visitation rights to her two sons in a child-custody hearing. Kevin Federline's lawyer says the longer visits are "recognition of the progress that has been made, a progress in structure and stability."
