Serial Bikini Poser Barton Strikes Again
Mischa on the Beach
Mischa Barton left little to the imagination with a revealing swimsuit she displayed in Malibu on July 23.

Just hours after being sentenced to three years' probation for her December 2007 drunk driving arrest, actress Mischa Barton hammed it up in a bikini for a photographer. Some say the scantily-clad beach pics were meant to distract from her sentencing.
Pacific Coast News
Far from the normal photog-hiding-behind-a-tree ambush shots, the photos look more like a staged photo shoot, with Barton looking mugging directly at the camera. "Whose hair looks like that when they go to the beach?" one image consultant remarked.
Pacific Coast News
While many stars loathe the paparazzi, the practice of forming a bond with them to either gain publicity or deflect attention from other doings is becoming more popular among celebs these days. "You arrange a location, you invite a photographer or two, and there you go," a publicist told ABC News.

Six Things We Love About This Photo:
1. The glorious hair of Mischa's man. That's volume!
2. The idea of guessing what he's reading. Tolstoy? Tori Spelling? Who knows!
3. Poor unknowning bald dude in the background. He deserves royalties.
4. Scratch scratch.
5. Woe is Meesh's dignity and elastic.
6. Because couture jewelry is so beach-appropriate.

This is news to you? It's the same piece you ran about her several days ago. She's a nice-lloking young woman who's trying to get some attention so she doesn't fade from people's minds. No crime committed there. Give the girl a break. She got YOU to run her photo, so mission accomplished.
