Report This! Gloria Allred needs to ask Jessica Gibson why she kept going back to the Lowes and asking not only her job back but additional hours. NO ONE would return to a household that they were scared to work at!!!!! If she was any good at her job, she would have many opportunities to work elsewhere. But she wants more money and publicity by using Gloria Allred to manipulate the legal systems.

The rich are a clickity group... if Mrs. Lowe wanted she could have easily black balled the nanies from jobs elsewhere. Plus when you need a paycheck, you find you put up with a lot of crap! Although the workers are working within the Lowe's home, Mrs. Lowe still cannot walk about butt naked because she feels like it. Nor can she demean or sexually harass her employees. Home workers as corporate workers are covered by the same state/federal laws. Just most "rich" people don't think those laws apply to them.

I'm thinking if Mrs. Lowe would wear underies in the presence of her help, speak to her employees without vulgarity and if Mr. Lowe would zip of his trousers none of the complaints would have been filed by (2) nannies and (1) chef. Three disgruntled workers puts Lowe's in a very bad light!

The economy is bad, the nannies are bored......they thought they would just destroy a familie's reputation for the fun of it......where are there parents!! Let's sue , we need money.......I am so sick of the word sue!!! that is why the other countries laugh at us....we sue for the stupidist thing..........this country needs to get tougher.....tougher laws.............tougher on citizens, we get away with too much **** here in the united states......we take our freedom to much for granite.....come on people....grow up

Gloria Allred is a pig and anyone who takes her as an attorney has some culpability in the alleged crime or wrong doing. Her presense hurts thier credibility. She hunts down these losers. Remember Scott Peterson's girlfriend. Yes, she did the right thing, to her credit, but she was still a bumbling idiot.

Um, WHO CARES if Sheryl Lowe "isn't a 10"? What does that have to do with anything relevant to the case? What do her looks(or alleged lack of)have to do with her and her husband being sued by a woman who, while terrified of the couple, left and came back more than once to be a nanny to their children? Who, after realizing that she was coming across as not very creditable in her interview on the "Today" show bursts into not very convincing hysterical tears(yes I watched the whole thing). I'm a fan of Gloria Allred, but I think this time, she stepped into a big puddle of poo with this chick and the suit. She makes people who are true victims of harassment in the workplace look like money grubbers.
