(May 12) - They're definitely more than friends.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer stoked the flames of their not-so-under-the-radar romance over the weekend with a poolside romp at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Miami. "It was intimate," an onlooker said of the couple's public display of affection.

Jennifer Aniston and her new friend John Mayer relaxed poolside in Miami on May 11, their second watery romp in the span of two weeks. The pair were snapped by paparazzi in a similar scenario in late April.

The bikini-clad Aniston and Yankees cap-wearing Mayer spent several hours swimming, lounging, laughing and generally mugging it up for the camera at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Miami, Saturday.

"It was intimate," one eyewitness told E!. "They both looked so happy." The pair have yet to confirm the relationship, but with several dates and now two pool romps under their belts, it all but appears certain.

After washing the chlorine off and throwing on some clothes, Mayer and Aniston attended the wrap party for her upcoming film, 'Marley & Me' in South Beach.

"They were swimming and sitting out at the pool on Saturday for more than three hours," an eyewitness told E! Online. "They looked like they were completely into each other. She put her arm around him while they were in the pool. It was intimate. They both looked so happy." Egotastic Has Photos

The singer-songwriter, 30, flew to Florida to spend time with the former "Friends" star, 39, as she finished the Miami portion of her upcoming comedy, "Marley & Me," co-starring Owen Wilson. After drying off, the pair went to the film's wrap party in South Beach where Mayer performed three songs, E! is reporting.

This isn't the first time the pair have hit up the pool.

In late April, photographers caught the new lovebirds frolicking in Miami. In those photos, the bikini-clad 'Friends' star and the guitarist were seen relaxing together in the sun.

Mayer gave those first set of photos a "double thumbs up" when asked by the Associated Press. "You know what I did?" said Mayer, when asked May 5 about the April photos. "I looked at it and I said, 'That's about right.' What am I going to say, 'That's not me'?"

Mayer on the other hand, has not been tip-toeing around when it comes to romance. His former girlfriends include Jessica Simpson, Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Love Hewitt -- long-rumored to be the subject of his first big hit, "Your're Body Is a Wonderland."
