Trouble magnet-soul singer Amy Winehouse took a crack at a fan while performing her hit 'Rehab' at the Glastonbury music festival on June 28. It's believed she lashed out because the reveler was touching her. Police say they've received no complaints.

It's been quite a year for Amy. She recently apologized to anyone offended by a video of her singing a song full of racial epithets that was posted on the Internet. Another video showed her passed out on a sofa while a friend recounted their recent drug consumption.

Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, pleaded guilty in May to attacking a pub landlord and then attempting to cover it up. Fielder-Civil, 26, was arrested in November and has been in jail awaiting trial ever since.
