(March 19) - Throughout her life, Carnie Wilson has battled her weight. Now she reveals to OK! magazine that she's hit the wall and is taking action.

"I've hit rock bottom with my weight. Everyone can see that I'm bigger, but I cannot hibernate," she tells OK! "I've never lied or been dishonest about what's going on in my life ... having had such a great weight-loss story, being back in this place is so familiar. And it hurts. I don't want to feel this way anymore. It doesn't feel good when you have to struggle to get your pants on."

Carnie Wilson's War

Wilson had undergone gastric bypass surgery in 1999 when she weighed over 300 pounds. After the surgery, Wilson dropped more than half her weight to 146 pounds. But after giving birth in 2005, she gained 70 pounds which she has not been able to take off, even with her participation in 'Celebrity Fit Club.'

"Ever since I had my daughter, my focus is not on me; it's on her," says Wilson, who is currently a size 16. "For the past two-and-a-half years, I haven't slept. I am convinced there has to be a link between sleep deprivation and a slower metabolism ... the past year, my workouts have been lazy. I've been snacking on the wrong foods and not drinking enough water."

Wilson tells OK! that she'd like to lose 45 to 50 pounds and then try to have another child. Until then, she must deal with seeing photos of herself posted across the Web, on such sites as TMZ under headlines like "Carnie's Big Comeback."

"I actually thought my face looked pretty," she says about the post. "Sometimes I get mad and think, 'Why do the paparazzi follow me?' And then I thought, 'I don't feel mad. I feel determined.' Somebody is struggling just the way I am. They've gained some weight back; they're reverting to some old habits. They need a catalyst. Why do I have to be scrutinized for every pound?"

Don't be so hard on yourself Carnie - my body was never the same after having my kids either. You are beautiful no matter what! Do your best to lose weight, that's all you can do. Don't let people get you down.

Can't relate. At age 14 I weighed 225 @ 5'5' inches. 42 inch waist. At age 15, got intrested in girls, but realiuzed I had to lose weight. My Mom, an RN, put me on a diet I have lived with ever since. By the time I was 18, I was 6'2" and weghed 160. (Skinny) It is essentially the South Beach Diet which is a life stlye change. I gained 15 pounds and have weighed 175 -180 ever since. Am now age 66.
