Lopez's Twins Get Their Big Reveal

PEOPLE magazine has the first photos of Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez's twin babies, who were born in February. On the cover of the magazine, Lopez is seen smiling while holding her two newborns. See the PEOPLE Exclusive

For Lopez and Anthony, joyfully nesting with their month-old twins means diaper duty, sleepless nights and the best sung lullabies in the business, PEOPLE reports in its latest cover story, on sale Friday.

The pair were interviewed at their Long Island estate, where they have been holed up since Lopez gave birth by C-section on Feb. 22 to Maximilian David and Emme Maribel. Since then, Lopez, 38, has shed most of the nearly 50 lbs. she gained during pregnancy – and has also entirely re-adjusted her attention.

"I've been very career-oriented my whole life and very focused on my own world and my own life, and all of a sudden the focus just shifts. It's like, 'Whoosh!' I want to do everything for them," says the new mom.

For Anthony, 39, life has changed, too. "I don't go to sleep!" he admits.

Describing the arrival of the babies, Lopez says, "To me, they both looked like Marc. I think that's the first thing I said: 'She looks like you! He looks like you, too!' My doctor said, 'Did Jennifer get a gene in here or what?' "

But how much did the photos cost? Early reports suggest the price tag was as high as $6 million for shots of the newborn twins and their mother, besting the amount the magazine paid for photos of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter, Shiloh. Read More on the Rising Price of Baby Pictures

PEOPLE magazine is known for it's coverage of the celebrity baby boom, with cover stories including Christina Aguilera and her son Max, and Nicole Richie with her daughter Harlow Winter, as well as the Jolie-Pitts and Lopez.

I have the magazine and the babies are precious...BUT com'on now the nursery was to pale looking to me and what new parents gets a METAL CRIB....she will need to be redecorating soon cause once the babies learn how to walk and stuff all that needs to be taken off and she has glass things too. It's cool to have now but she better get with it n' child proof that room n' house cause kids get into EVERYTHING...I know I have two myself. Overall though I'm happy for her and Marc...I just hope she won't be putting them damn ugly fur wraps and coats on them poor babies.

Lets just say that a crystal chandelier in a babies nursey is going a bit too far, these kids are going to find somewhere else in the house where there is joy in the items in the room and color to see as soon as they can walk. And who ever heard of metal cribs, those kids are going to have plenty of split lips once they start learning to stand up when their poor lips hit those rails. She may have lots of love to give but she sure could have used some guidance on decorating a nursery for 2 BABIES. It is colorless, babies see black and white and then bright colors, it will be a long boring life in that room until they get good eyesight, and then there isn't a thing interesting to look at. Where are all the baby gifts people gave them, they had to have gotten some stuffed animals, toys, and things made for babies that are fun and bright. And the entire photo shoot, was there a law that no color be used, the photos would actually have looked better in black and white. JLo was colorle

It's a pleasure to finally see babies dressed like sweet babies. As the owner of a fine traditional children's clothing store I'm sick of seeing Hollywood babies setting the trend for babies dressed like streetwalkers.
