i guess i wish his whole body was run over but thats just me! and i hope the guy tries to sue and the case gets dismissed. i also hope that paprazzi law gets passed requiring photogs to stay a cerain distance

I am completely happy that this Pap-idiot bastard had his foot run over. I'm sorry but if I were a celeb and had to deal with people smashed up against my car snapping thousands of photos of me, I would do far more than "accidentally" clip someone's foot! I understand that they should get used to being in the public eye, should they choose to go out and about partying in Hollywood. I just think that they have taken the whole "Papparazzi" thing way too far. There should be a law stating that these weirdos cannot be within so many feet of a celeb while photographing them. I believe that it is an invasion of privacy but also a major harassment to be this close to someone, only for the sake of a photo. After all, we live in the digital age, and you can take a very decent photo of someone from a good distance. I'm glad I'm not famous. All the money in the world would not make it okay for me to be swarmed by this idiots 24 hours a day! WTG Benji!

COMMON SENSE- Cars are heavy, move and could run you over if you get too close! If any regular person did that it would be a duh moment for being that close. I think the Papp are just the scum of the earth. They can't buy a good camera with a zoom? WTF?

This is not a hit-and-run...he stopped asked what was going on.....was advised nothing happen....then left......this cry-baby then makes a police report.....ok.....see ya in court cry-baby........Looks like Hilton baby is doing the right thing having the guys drive......still don't understand why she is not in the Limo with body guards driving........
