I was very surprised with the quality of his singing. He went up, down and sideways with that song.He still did not miss a note. America got this one wrong.

The judges are there for constructive comments to get the participants to do better next week. It is those who are not too lazy to hit the phones that decide who they like...talent, personality, pity, whatever....YOU AT HOME WITH THE PHONE RULE.

Something smells "fishy". There is no way that Chikezie should have or would have been voted off this week. America isn't a land of geniuses but they aren't that tone deaf and stupid.

Chickezie should NOT have been voted off!! He was hardly the weakest singer! I think it was his comment, ( to Simon), about singing for the audience, as compared to singing for himself- that did him in, plus a bad song choice. Anyone who argues with Simon is "doomed". Remember Carly's "Blackbird explaination"? Guess what........................she landed in the Bottom 3 that week! I think the weaker singers, like Jason, Ramiele, Kristy, and Syesha- get to stick around because they don't answer back, and have a bigger fan base!! It's all good though. Chickezie will be just fine. Hopefully he will get a record deal. At least he gets to on tour.

It is amazing that they tell Chikezie that he is unoriginal yet when David A sang something the judges hadn't heard before he was harshly critisized for it. When Brook stumbled over her lyrics and began again she was praised for it though Chikezie never missed a beat. What kind of judging is this? Brook White and Jason Castro can't sing above a whisper and could never hit the notes he does, his voice is solid and strong.. and HE was voted off? The judges doomed him with their negative comments and he knew it then and there. The confusion on his face was heartbreaking. He has done everything they have asked yet still they continued to tear him apart...even so far as Simon taking one last swipe at him before he left the stage. I can't help but wonder just exactly what the judges agenda is. Obviously they have their favorites yet the continue to say say, don't make this a popularity contest, it's a singing contest. What a joke.
